GAREY ORTHOPEDIC / DIGITAL PROPOSAL
A modern website that connects your expertise with the people who need it.

Vital Pacific’s work with Dr. Benjamin Kamel began with his original website in 2024 and continued through its recent redesign. His request for this proposal extends that ongoing collaboration.
That experience gives us a shared reference for design, content structure, and patient experience as we shape a distinct website around Garey’s full provider team, specialties, and patient experience.
A custom website, search foundation, and optional AI assistant, centered on Garey’s providers, services, and patient resources.
Website care, assistant maintenance, and original articles are priced separately. Select the ongoing services that fit your practice.
Your engagement has a defined scope, dedicated account, billing, content plan, and reporting, with project approvals managed directly with your team.
These fees are specific to this proposal and separate from Vital Pacific’s standard packages. No broader marketing subscription is required.
Six connected care hubs, inspired by the body-region approach of Dr. Kamel’s new site.
Knee arthritis · Meniscus injuries · ACL injuries
Nonsurgical care · Arthroscopy · Joint replacement
Illustrative topic and physician mapping, confirmed with your clinical team before publication. Search, phone, portal, and appointment access remain easy to reach throughout.
Five doctors, two physician assistants, and one nurse practitioner. A complete team directory, with dedicated profiles and clear paths to each doctor's expertise.

Doctor expertise stays prominent
Dedicated doctor profiles connect conditions, treatments, care hubs, and authored or reviewed resources.
All eight provider profiles are included within the 25 priority-page improvements. Portraits and current profile links are from Garey's website; the final roster and credentials will be confirmed before launch. Original photography, video, and interviews are separately scoped.

Copy, structure & FAQs
Retain agreed services, provider profiles, office information, articles, forms, and patient resources. Map every existing item to its destination.
Improve 25 high-priority pages, including provider profiles. Migrate and reformat the remaining approved, transferable content.
A manageable publishing system connects new articles, condition guides, treatments, and clinician expertise to the right care hubs.
Spanish can extend the same architecture. Translation and medical review are quoted separately after page and word counts are confirmed.
The migration allowance covers existing items, not 400 newly written pages. Full-library rewriting, new media production, and additional guides are phased growth work.
Help patients discover your expertise in search results, direct answers, and conversations with AI.
Helps search engines like Google and Bing find, understand, and show your pages when patients look for care.
What we build: Fast pages, clear titles, connected care hubs, accurate location information, and redirects.
Example: “orthopedic doctor in Pomona”
Organizes your expertise into direct, useful answers that search engines and AI assistants can identify when patients ask questions.
What we build: Plain-language explanations, concise summaries, and clinician-reviewed FAQs.
Example: “What are my options before knee replacement?”
Makes your expertise easier for AI tools to understand and reference in the answers they generate.
What we build: Physician-reviewed content, clear credentials, reliable sources, and consistent service and location details.
Example: “Who treats knee arthritis near Pomona?”
ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini can use web sources in their responses. Patients can use these tools to explore care options and research providers before visiting a website.
Our goal: give those systems clear, credible information about who you are, what you treat, and where patients can find you—so your expertise can be part of that research.
Accurate office pages and practical access information for patients in the surrounding region. Useful local content grows from real services and locations.
These approaches work together around useful content and strong SEO fundamentals. Each platform decides what it shows; search rankings and AI citations cannot be guaranteed.
A practice-approved assistant helps visitors find the right information and the next step.
What would you like to find?
The new patient section will bring your practice’s approved forms, preparation guidance, and appointment contact information together in one place.
Source: approved patient resourcesThe website assistant covers practice information, not diagnosis, symptom assessment, patient-record access, or direct booking transactions. Vendor, privacy, retention, and any required business associate agreements will be reviewed before launch. Third-party usage fees are additional.
Coordinate with YourPracticeOnlineConfirm domain ownership, the export process, cancellation terms, and which content and media licenses can transfer.
Build while your current site stays liveDevelop in Replit, review the new experience, map redirects, and verify resources, inquiry paths, and integrations.
Launch, verify, and monitorConnect the domain to the approved hosting, preserve email settings, test key pages, and retain a transition and rollback window.
Access supports migration and review. Ongoing listing or marketing management is a separate service. Any content that cannot transfer will be identified and a replacement plan agreed before finalizing that scope.
Your website targets a 3–4 week launch window from kickoff, with design, content review, and launch approvals coordinated with your team.
Inventory, reuse rights, access, practice details, clinical reviewers, and agreed scope.
Patient journeys, body-region structure, provider profiles, and two consolidated design revision rounds.
Responsive templates, content migration, priority copy, publishing tools, and assistant configuration.
Clinical approval, mobile and inquiry-path checks, domain transition, and staff handoff.
The 3–4 week launch target begins once scope, access, and content rights are confirmed, with timely design and clinical approvals. Your launch includes a dedicated review and launch checklist. Export, licensing, translation, or approval delays may extend the schedule.
Garey’s website supports eight providers, including five doctors, across multiple specialties and a broad range of patient needs. The investment reflects its practice-wide business value, the depth of its content library, and the work required to connect the whole group.

Search visibility, website traffic, tracked inquiry actions, available AI referral traffic, and priorities for the next month. Reporting is tailored to your practice.
If your practice uses eClinicalWorks (eCW), reporting access and the selected service level permitting, we can report verified net-new patient bookings, completed new-patient visits, and the percentage of those booked patients who complete their first visit.
Patients are counted once against confirmed practice history. Cancellations, no-shows, and pending visits are reported separately. Connecting a completed visit to a marketing source requires reliable source matching.
eCW use, reporting permissions, data quality, and available exports must be confirmed. Practice-approved aggregate reporting is preferred. Custom integrations and vendor fees are separately scoped. About eCW reporting ↗
